David Hill

In addition to portfolio manager duties, David provides educational opportunities for Boards, homeowners, and management staff at Access Management. His focus is increasing the professional standing of the local community association management industry.

David has solid experience managing communities, serving for seven years on the Board of the community where he resides, along with holding a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, the pinnacle of recognition held by approximately 3,000 individuals across the nation. Most recently, David served for 2 ½ years as the on-site manager for Peachtree Lofts in Midtown Atlanta and successfully oversaw a $5.4 million renovation of the entire complex.

He is active with Community Associations Institute, a national homeowner association advocacy group, having served on their Board of Directors at the Georgia chapter, and most recently as editor for their quarterly magazine Common Ground. He currently serves on the Legislative Action Committee, which monitors and provides feedback for state and federal legislation impacting homeowner associations.

David’s background is in business (BBA in Accounting) and customer service management, holding several positions in these areas since 1987 ranging from government work (with the Texas Department of Transportation) to setting up a residential lending company. 

David is an avid reader, regularly trolling literature on the latest regulatory developments, following scientific research, or enjoying a treatise on historical figures. He and his family currently reside in Sandy Springs, Georgia.
