Throughout his career, Dick has been an innovator and a winner. Prior to joining Access Management Group, Dick pursued a successful 14 year career in professional baseball, and later founded Ruthven Construction where he received numerous awards for quality and customer satisfaction in home building, including an OBIE award which is considered THE premier award in the Atlanta home building industry.

As CEO, Dick Ruthven uses his industry experience and know-how as a home builder to expand Access Management Group’s leadership position in Atlanta’s community management space.

Nowadays, Dick enjoys staying ahead of the challenges of the ever-changing property management industry and playing golf.  Originally from California, Dick, his wife and family reside in Alpharetta.
