Director of Construction and Maintenance

Bryan is responsible for all construction and maintenance for Access Management Group including field personnel and subcontractors. He also oversees repair and building projects and consults with board of directors and property managers.

Before joining Access Management Group, Bryan owned Principle Construction, a residential and commercial construction company. Bryan was primarily responsible for the residential division that worked with homeowners and community associations.

Bryan was also the director of construction with TransComm International, where he was responsible for cellular construction throughout the United States, Central America and Brazil. Previously, he was project manager for Heritage Construction and Maintenance, where he was responsible for all construction and maintenance, staff and subcontractors. Upon receiving his Mechanical Engineering degree Bryan spent 12 years as a consulting engineer with Adams, Davis and Partners.
